1. SCHEDULE FOR FULFILLMENT:

Monday thru Friday, except USA holidays when USPS is closed. Order Processing Times: Orders received by 12:00 pm ET will be processed that same business day. If unforeseen events, such as power outages, delay the ordering process, orders will be fulfilled during the following business day. The following is a list of service fulfillments:

• Delivery confirmation for every order

• Wholesale orders to stores

2. SHIPPING OPTIONS:



          Domestic Orders

• Standard — 2-5 days delivery to destination
• Expedited — 1-2 days delivery to destination (where available)

          International Orders (shipping from USA to another country)

• Standard — 5-12 days to destination
• Expedited — 3-7 days to destination (where available)

Please note that expedited services can be overnight, but we do not guarantee overnight. It means that we use the fastest method of shipment available for your service area provided by USPS or our shipping vendor.

3. POSTAGE AND HANDLING:

The cost of postage and handling for each service is determined by NeoFlix and Amazon, and added to the order at check-out time. In the event a buyer claims that NeoFlix or Amazon has mis-shipped a product, Quality Cheese Productions will require the original product(s) to be returned first before shipping out a replacement. But in the case where it is verified that NeoFlix or Amazon has made the shipping error, then Quality Cheese Productions will bear the postage and fulfillment cost as well as the product replacement.
